I have so many super fun ways of teaching yoga poses, keeping children engaged and active. We laugh, we sing, and we move.
Plus, there are lots of pockets of quiet too with techniques for self regulation and to help children learn how to find their own calm.
While we’re having lots of fun, each session is carefully planned to link to the EYFS curriculum., supporting:
• Teaching age-appropriate self-regulation techniques that children can use in daily life. Plus, up-skilling nursery practitioners to offer daily support and reminders to help children into healthy habits
* Promoting social and emotional wellbeing with breathwork, mindfulness and cooperative games
* Improving listening skills, focus and concentration through games, yoga poses and movements
* Sessions are full of joy, laughter and movement, whilst improving fundamental physical development, such as core strength, balance and developing gross motor skills
