Yoga will help your children by:

  • Improving listening skills, focus and concentration, through games, and yoga poses and movements
  • Promoting social and emotional wellbeing with breathwork, mindfulness and cooperative games
  • Teaching easy to recall age-appropriate self-regulation techniques children can use in daily life
  • Upskilling teachers with the confidence, knowledge and skills to take these self-regulation tools into the children's daily routines
  • Improving fundamental physical development, such as core strength, balance and co-ordination through whole body movements and increasing self-awareness
